Freud's House
On Monday 26 June, as part of the GCSE Psychology course, Year 10 Psychology Students took a trip to one of the founding fathers of psychology, Sigmund Freud's, house in London.
We were given the unique opportunity to have the house open to Carrington School only, where students were given a guided tour of the house. They also took part in a learning session specific to Freud's theories on dreaming which deepened their knowledge and understanding of a core element of the course.
The trip enabled students to gain contextual knowledge about Freud's life and how this lead to the development of his theories.
