Mrs Kendall took her Textiles students in Year 10 along to the Alexandra Palace to get inspiration for their pieces for the GCSE projects on 6 October, with Mrs Buchannan.

The iconic building looked beautiful both inside and out and acted as the perfect back-drop to the Textile Exhibition! 

The Creative Living Theatre showcased demonstrations by experts on processes and new fabrics. Students had time to explore the retail exhibits including fabrics, trims and accessories building their knowledge and understanding about what they can go on to use in their own projects back here in school.
