A Taste of Success

Last week, the school was transformed into a fine dining experience as Year 10 Hospitality and Catering students launched their very own pop-up restaurant! With 46 lucky diners in attendance, the evening was a true showcase of talent, teamwork, and top-tier cooking.

Under the expert guidance of Head Chef Gabor, the students prepped, cooked, and plated a delicious two-course menu. Diners had the choice between a classic Chicken Cordon Bleu or a beautifully crafted Squash Gnocchi, followed by a sweet and elegant Fruit Tart for dessert.

But it wasn’t just about the food - students also took charge of the front-of-house, welcoming guests, serving dishes with professionalism, and making sure the evening ran smoothly. The atmosphere was buzzing, the plates were spotless, and the feedback from guests was nothing short of glowing!

A huge congratulations to all the students involved for pulling off such a successful evening. Who knows - this might just be the start of some future Michelin-star careers!
