In the beautiful warm autumn sunshine on Sunday around 25 volunteers worked hard to improve our splendid Eco Area, which is used by our Forest School, Nature Club and for Science classes throughout the year.

They removed several very dangerous fallen trees, got rid of a great deal of scrub and cleared pathways for better accessibility.

We were grateful to the 12 volunteers who came from Reigate Area Conservation Volunteers led by Simon Elson, and the school staff, parents and students who joined them to make this such a successful occasion.

We'll be working again on a Sunday in February, so keep an eye on our social media posts in the early New Year for details, if you'd like to come and help out.
