Victory at the Faraday Challenge

On Tuesday a group of Year 8s took part in the Faraday Challenge, at the Gatwick STEM Centre. Splitting in to two teams of six, boys v girls, they competed against other schools, and each other, with our boys team winning the day and bringing home the trophy!

The winning team has also won a place on the national league table. The top teams from across the UK will get to go through to the National Final at the end of the season to compete for a cash prize of up to £1,000 for their school to spend on STEM activities.
